Patricia Jackson serves as the Board of Trustees Recording Secretary. She served as the Executive Director of the South West Area Neighborhood Association (SWAN), a community service organization. Ms. Jackson retired in 2014 but continues to work with SWAN as a consultant for the Board of Directors. She is the executive assistant for Senator Joseph E. Robach (R, C, IP - NY).

Michael Winterhalter oversees Development and Monitoring of Fiscal Compliance, Budget Development and Monitoring, Cash Flow, and Fiscal Operational Reviews for the organization. He works for Action for a Better Community, Inc. Mr. Winterhalter does research for facility acquisition.

Michael. Brown is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Nothnagle Realtors since 2007. He worked at the Monroe County Sheriff's Office for 25 years and retired with the rank of Deputy Sheriff Sergeant Jailor in 2010.
